JAMMU: Curfew was imposed tonight in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir following violent protests and resultant firing in which 4 persons were killed and 44 injured after a mob attacked a BSF camp.
"We have imposed curfew in Ramban district as a precautionary measure around 5.30pm today", district development commissioner (DDC), Ramban, Shan Vinood Meena said.
Curfew will be strictly enforced, he said.
